Weddings
Vows on the terrace timed to the hour before sunset, the banquet in the ballroom below, and everything around the day — the welcome dinner, the room block, the transfers — held by one coordinator from the first visit to the morning after.
Meetings & Events
Ballrooms, terraces and boardrooms in four houses — from a banquet hall for a thousand at Kachreti to a boardroom above old Tbilisi.
Each of our houses holds meetings and celebrations of its own kind: congresses on the Batumi seafront, board meetings in the old quarter of Tbilisi, weddings among the Kakheti vines and retreats in the mountains at Goderdzi.
Whichever you choose, one planner stays with the event from the first conversation to the last guest — and can move it between houses if the programme asks for it.
Conferences
Congresses and corporate meetings in a column-free hall that divides in two, with breakout salons on the same floor, full technical production, and catering written for a working day rather than a banquet.
Celebrations
Galas, milestone birthdays and private banquets — a panelled salon for one long table of forty, or the ballroom for five hundred, with menus agreed with the chef rather than chosen from a list.
Private dining
A cellar room off the restaurant and a walled garden terrace, taken for a single sitting. Suited to a family lunch, a signing dinner, or the evening before a larger event.
Incentives & retreats
Programmes over several days for teams and partners: mornings in a meeting room, afternoons in the vineyards or on the slopes, and evenings planned as carefully as the agenda.
