Bridge Bar is open until two, six nights a week, and the cocktail list changes twice a year. We want a bartender who can hold a busy bar and still make each drink properly.
What the role involves
- Work the bar through evening service.
- Contribute to the seasonal cocktail list.
- Keep stock, par levels and waste under control.
What we are looking for
- Two years behind a cocktail bar.
- Classic technique, clean and fast.
- English at working level.
