Work with us
We hire for warmth first and train the rest. Most of our heads of department started on the floor, and we would rather move someone between houses than lose them — a season in Goderdzi, a summer in Batumi, a year in the Kakheti vineyards.
Every role comes with language tuition, staff meals, transport where the house is remote, and a real path between departments.
