Front Office Manager

You run the first and last ten minutes of every stay. The front office in Batumi is twenty-two people across three shifts, and the manager sets the tone for all of them — how an arrival is met, how a complaint is answered, and how the night team hands the house over in the morning.
What the role involves
- Lead the reception, concierge and night teams across three shifts.
- Own arrival and departure standards, and the handover between shifts.
- Hold the daily arrivals meeting with housekeeping and reservations.
- Resolve guest issues on the spot, within an agreed authority.
What we are looking for
- Three years in a front office leadership role, hotel of comparable size.
- Georgian and English; Russian an advantage.
- Opera or a comparable PMS, used daily rather than occasionally.
