Kachreti sits in the vineyards and keeps a working cellar. The head sommelier writes the list, runs the tastings in Marani, and trains the floor across the resort.
What the role involves
- Write and buy the wine list for the resort.
- Lead cellar tastings and the qvevri programme.
- Train restaurant staff on service and pairing.
What we are looking for
- WSET 3 or equivalent, and five years on the floor.
- Deep knowledge of Kakhetian wine.
- English and Georgian; Russian useful.
